People often come to us and ask us for advice. Some need a starting point as they are new to the ITIL concept. Others have initiated ITIL projects but need a checklist to ensure that they are on the right track, or are well into their ITIL initiative and need guidance to revise their ITIL roadmap as their stated objective have changed. Even more common, many teams just wants an agnostic review of their planned roadmap.
To provide structure in accommodating these requests, we have built a free offering to our qualified customers: a free 4-8 hour Onsite ITILv3 Workshop.

- A certified ITILv3 Senior Consultant to answer your questions

How does this work?
First, you contact us via email at greg@pointguardsolutions.com and tell us a little about yourself and your situation.
We will contact you to discuss your specific goals and objectives for the workshop, then schedule the date.
We can only offer a limited number of these free workshops each week. This offer is available on a first come, first served basis to qualified audiences.
We will require a conference room with a projector, a sufficiently large whiteboard (4x5) and/or a paper easel along with motivated and engaged minds. Be prepared to think and work for the entire time. Reasonable reimbursement for travel outside of the NYC metro area or North Carolina is also expected.
It will be necessary for you to complete a basic questionnaire so that we can prepare ourselves in advance. We want the time that we collectively invest for this workshop to be as productive as possible.
