About Us

Who we are

We are IT Professionals:

  • Strategists
  • Business Analysts
  • Process Engineers
  • Tools Architects
  • Tools Engineers
  • Software Developers
  • Project Managers

On average, our consultants have 8+ years in their areas of expertise. We work together as a team, unifying our collective skill sets to provide an exceptional delivery on time, on budget, on target, as specified by our customers.

We are field proven, experienced IT Professionals who are passionate about process and metrics. We believe in reusable services, controlled changes, and transparency. We employ a pragmatic, phased approach in executing process optimization and automation initiatives. We leverage our customers existing assets and skill sets in designing and executing Service Improvement Roadmaps. This keeps cost down, retains institutional knowledge, promotes cultural change, and maximizes return on current assets.

Because of our unique perspective, we are often partnered with much larger consulting companies and third party tools vendors. We are often the glue that binds process to tooling.

Why we started the company

We aim to standardize IT Metrics and Reports. Everyone should be able to measure, manage, and improve IT services consistently across the board.

Many of our clients do not have standard IT metrics within their organization. Often they call on outside consultants, who build reports based on their individual knowledge of tools or format. The result is often manual, difficult to maintain and defend. After spending hundreds of thousands of dollars, and sometimes millions, the questions still lingers: what are we measuring and why? Did we show improvement? Even worse: Did our reporting meet compliance regulations?

Metrics provide a guiding light in prioritizing service improvement initiatives. Standardizing metrics will allow everyone to spend most of their resources in improving their metrics instead of building their own metrics from scratch. Everyone can be measured against similar metrics: apples to apples. The framework we have chosen to use for standardization is ITIL.

We believe that openly sharing IT Metrics will facilitate standardization across all organizations. To that end we have built a Document Catalog with the following components:

  • Document Catalog Download: we will post IT Metrics, Reports, Process Maps, and Templates that we have developed. Readers are welcome to download the documents for free. We encourage comments and feedback.
  • Document Catalog Upload: we encourage readers to post their own IT Metrics, Reports, Process Maps, and Templates.
  • Document Wish List: request reports, process maps, or templates. We will prioritize based on popularity of requests.

Who our customers are

Our clients are varied in size, structure, and maturity from an ITIL perspective. We have worked with Fortune 50 Manufacturing companies, Fortune 500 Financial Institutions, Insurance Companies, and Phamaceuticals in continental USA and across the globe.

We have a couple of philosophies that we adhere to:

  • Provide Transparency. Manage by Metrics.
  • People first, then Process, then Tools.
  • Embrace Change.

We help our customers employ these philosophies to improve their IT service delivery quickly and cost efficiently.
